Guest guest
Hi to everyone from Terri in WI, I have been out of touch for a long time and am now trying to catch up on all the posts. Still have a long way to go. Anyway, after our vacation in June, I started having back problems bad enough to put me out of commision for most of the month of July. I am usually very active especially in the summer doing all of our yardwork plus my mother's and teaching water ex 3 times a week. Well, I could not do any of that for the past 4 weeks. Don't know exactly what happened. 11 years ago I had surgery for a herniated disc, and since that there are certain things I can no longer do, but otherwise it was a full recovery. Sometimes if I overdid, my back would act up again, but if I laid low for several days it got better. Well, not this time. I am going to a chiropractor right now and it is getting a lot better, but I haven't really done a lot, so next week I am going to try to teach again and see how it goes. I have been pretty frustrated and bored. AND trying not to over eat as a reaction to that. But I am happy to say I weighed in today and am still on track. I made lifetime in Feb. My goal was 136. March weigh in 135 April weigh in 133 May weigh in 135.2 June weigh in 135.2 July weigh in 134.8 Anyway just wanted to check in and say hi. Welcome to all new members and congrats to all successful losers. This really is a great lifetime program. Terri in WI

I know what it is like to have a sore back. Just had my first one this last month. Luckily it just took a few days resting to heal. Welcome back.
