When it's bad, he's kind of unreachable -- he doesn't seem to hear what I say, or care, and he can't do anything to help himself. All he wants is to be read to. Some of this may be bacteria as well. I have seen the classic yeast behaviors with him -- strange giggling and hyper silliness -- but usually here it's got a more negative flavor. He does lots of stimming.
