You must feel quite proud. How long do you have you trainer? I finally joined the gym and don't have a clue as to how to use the equipment. So far I am just using the treadmill. Yesterday we had a Christmas program at my DH's Church and afterwards they had a CARB FEST. uggh....... I pealed the breading off the chicken, had a dab of cole slaw and ignored " the rest " . Today we have a Christmas Lunch at a great restaurant called " Charlies Crab " ........ the best seafood in Michigan :-)) It is raining........ I hope to get a walk in before I go to work tonight. Guest guest Posted September 20, 2003 Report Share Posted September 20, 2003 Hello! Sorry, but yet again, when I was hoping to really be able to get through some posts this morning, I have to go. Yesterday right as I was getting ready to go bowling, Cassie and her friend Noelle were walking Misty, my husky and Noelle comes in and says Misty hurt her paw. I go to check and sure enough my beautiful white dog is covered in blood spatters on her belly and legs and it was coming from her front left paw. She somehow had broken the nail off right at the base and it was dangling and bleeding like crazy. I cleaned her up the best I could, put a sock and some tape on it so she wouldn't leave a trail of blood and called the vet. They said to bring her in this morning so Mike dropped her off on his way to work and I have to go get her. I'm going to go to the gym and tan and post office and stuff too so I'll be gone awhile. Maybe I'll get on and post when I get home. I'll try anyway. I did awful yesterday on food and never did get a whole lot of exercise. Not even going to begin to list the food. It's too awful! LOL At least I did have bowling, that's some exercise. But then my friend and her husband who are moving this weekend to Colorado called and were on the way so I hung out and waited for them. Had one drink while waiting and then they bought me another one and we were munching on Chex mix. What the heck, the day was blown anyway! LOL I know, shake it off. I'm doing ok today. Had Eggos for breakfast, the last couple bites of cake so that's out of site! Lunch going to have a Lean Hot Pocket and some broccoli. Well I better get going. You all take care. Just this month alone it was this high. My hubby and I freaked out!!!!!!!!! !!!! The concentrator is so very very expensive to use and it really eats up the electricity. We decided we are going to use up all my oxy. canisters here, have about 10, and use up the liq oxy. too. With it unfitto get out, I'd say $60 or so with would have made mine $395. That isfor a one bedroom apartment.For those of you in more temperate climates and lower utility rates bethankful. This is one of many reasons I use liquid. Our utility rateshere are double those of much of the country.
