Guest guest
From what I understand...could be wrong, charlie horses can be provoked from low potassium. If you low-carb...you can become a victim of this terrible thing. ~E:) JustYourTypeDTP wrote: Ok, you lost me eeeeeeeeeee. A charlie horse, from what? There’s that word again too :)sue . Guest guest
Well not enough potassium can give you muscle cramps, maybe you were depleted in that area anyway and the licorice kinda booted it over?? Guest guest
A charlie horse is another word for muscle cramp I think. Maybe it feels like you've been kicked by a horse? I dunno on that one, I'm smart enuf to stay ahead of the back feet and haven't been kicked SO FAR. Personally I'd rather be kicked by a cow twice in a row than by a horse once. Where there's a horse, there's a SpiffJustYourTypeDTP wrote: Ok, you lost me eeeeeeeeeee. A charlie horse, from what? Guest guest
Well Spiff: I guess that would be the case except at the time I wasn't eating the green vitie...at that time. That day...I ate a hamburger with a bun too... I wonder if I'm just not used to wearing my flip-flops and thats what caused it. Guest guest
Could be the flipflops ya. I know when I wear these stupid hi heels ( at least not real high, but higher than my boots ) for work, and then I wear my regular boots I can really feel it pull in the backs of my legs. They've given us a week to "dress down" So I'm wearing a teeshirt, some shortpants and a pair of kinda blown out tenny-clogs.
