Hi Ken

Marc told me to start the swimming and exercise bike as soon as I got home.

I imagine everyone is different though. I swam for the first time yesterday

(20 lengths with no pain) and have not tried the stationary bike yet

(today!!) My operation was on the 4th Feb, and home on Feb 14th. He did

caution me not to overdue it. Listen to your body. So far I am feeling very

good but not doing too much. I might try a few more lengths at the pool

today just to see how it goes.
