Guest guest
Hi Ralph; You are really on your way with the President's Challenge. Congratulations! That is a lot of hard work, but so worth it! My Gold medal arrived yesterday along with the signed certificate by President Bush. It is a thrill! It represents a lot of exercise. The program is so motivating for me. When I finished the Bronze section, I wasn't sure I could do enough to win the Silver, but I upped my level of exercise and won it. Then, the Gold came in view, and again, I wasn't sure I would make it, but struggled to up the level of my activity again, and add more of the higher points activities, and now have the Gold. My husband has been so supportive of me, and that has helped so much. It clearly has been a big factor in my weight loss. With the Holidays upon us, and not wanting to mess up during this fun season, I am now going for my second Bronze medal. This will be a challenge as I live in a cold wintry part of the country, and will have to rethink how to get all that activity in another way. 90 % of my activity for each medal was done outside. Congratulations again, and I will be looking forward to your message when you win your Bronze Medal. Best of luck. Pat from K.C. 234/197/145 CalorieKing.com > > > Hello everyone.
