Thanks Bette,

Today was ok until this evening. I've been awake since 2am this morning so

it's been a long day and I know I self medicate tiredness with food so it

was a real struggle.

I wasted points this evening on an extra piece of pizza and two glasses of

soda. but tomorrow is another day. and if I get sleep tonight it will

certainly be better!

Keep it up JPJ. Sometimes we just have to take it a day at a time.

Sleep really helps, but I go through bouts of insomnia (is that why you were

up at 2:00? I was up at 3:00 Pacific time). Right now, when I wake up that

early I reflect on a lot of things and realize that many times I wake up so

early because I over ate the day before. At least that is the pattern I

found. When I am strong enough to get everything in sync: food, exercise,

journaling, laundry (ugh) and homework (I'm a student) I sleep very well.

Last night I opened ina and tried to get caught up with Oprah's

book club. Didn't quite make it, as I'm 50 pages off. But I'll get there.

Hopefully not through insomnia!

Tomorrow is another day, and what I hope for is to do better than I did

today, and plan how well I will do in the coming days.
