Call the 800 number, press the number for rebates, then tell the rep that

you are interested in the rebate but your local CVS does not have this

The original price of the Compact Plus here is $75.99 and none of the CVS in my

area have the new one yet. I called a couple of them and they didn't have it.

So I am wondering if I can get it online at CVS. I will check on that when I

get home this evening.

The Compact Plus is on sale at CVS for $39.99.

The lancet device can be attached to the meter. The kit does have one drum

of 17 strips.

Strips can be used with both Compact and Compact Plus.

My rebate for $39.99 is going in mail tomorrow.

Well Eunice,

I tried to personally checkout a couple of CVS earlier this evening after

working out at Curves. None of the stores in the area had the new Accu-chek

Compact Plus, but I did get a couple of rainchecks. I am totally surprised that

none had it yet especially since their ads had it listed. One store manager

called around to other stores to try and located one for me, but was none at any

of the locations.

Well, I guess I will save the rainchecks and check back later. BTW, I did call

the 800 number but the rebate section was closed. I will check again tomorrow..
