No fever, chills or sweats. O. Nose is swollen and red. The rest of the HEENT examination is negative. Nodes are negative. Lungs show slight expiratory wheeze minimal. Heart has regular rate and rhythm without murmur. A. The patient has sinusitis and bronchitis. P.
