I have had a lot of points left over 3 days I had over 20 points can you all give me some ideas on what to eat that will help me use up most of my points? Guest guest Posted October 7, 2004 Report Share Posted October 7, 2004 I'm actually not on either. I watch what I eat and use the points as a guide. I exercise at the gym about 3-4 times per week. Doing weight training and aerobic where I keep my heart rate at about 40% of my max.
