OK, I'm impressed. Even the Palm program has been updated to allow core

plan food list. Pretty good stuff. I think its easier to look at than

online. I think I'm gonna like this new core program....

Yes. You have to choose the program (i.e.: Flex or Core) when you first

open it after the first " sync " . When you choose Core, it simply lists all

the choices.

Thanks. That leads me to the next question--does anyone who uses the other

program (not sure about mentioning it online) is going to be updated also.

If you belong to E-Tools, which is the WW online program for those who

attend meetings, you can download a Palm program that updates the web site

when you sync. It only works if you are an E-Tools member, not an online

member (which are those paying members who use online tools). The link was

very hidden, so if you are an E-Tools member, and would like me to send you

the link, I'm happy to do it. Be aware that it is a memory hog, and it will

double the time it takes you to sync.
