hi Sheila: If you are going to England and I thought that was what you said.

Take your own senna with you and start taking couple of weeks before you go.

Good luck Margaret

Hi: We must all remember we went to war with England and England didn't

consider us experimental did he. If England has been doing this procedure for

13

years our insurance companies need get a grip and realize and agree this is not

experimental. I believe the insurance companies are just using this for an

excuse. I still don't understand how this resurfacing seems to stay the BEST

KEPT SECRET. I call it the perfect storm. I met a man the other day that had

both hip totally replaced. He was having a rough time and I told him about

resurfacing. He looked at me in disbelieve. How awful. His doctor never told

him there was an alternative. If we could get this on NATIONAL TELEVISION LIKE

all over CNN this would be perfect. One of these days there will be

thousands of law suits in the US against these doctors who never told their

patients.

I had my hips done in 2000 and 2001. Why is it, EVERY TIME I ask someone or

tell someone about resurfacing, they have never heard of it??????????????? THE

HI: Talking about back problems. I found out that when I went on a diet my

back hurt after I took so much weight off. Then it went away through massages.

Then when I gained it back, my back hurt. I believe the back has adjusted

to what was going on in the body and when you change it, you will have a back

problem until the body can catch up. I went to a Chiropractor and he could

only adjust and it kept coming back. But, I got a massage (deep ) twice a week

and it went totally away. I have lost and gained weight so many times that I am

used to the back hurting when a certain amount comes off. It may sound

strange but this is really true. Try those deep massages and get a good massage

therapist. Do not go to a physical Therapist they appear to just make it worst

along with chiropractor My chiropractor suggested the massage. Also, get one

of those chair cushions and it will keep it moving forward to get you well.

You get a massage and then you come home and sit in an awful chair or an awful

car seat. I haven't been back to the chiropractor for a year. When I feel

something coming on I run and get a massage. Margaret

Hi Margaret, I live in England. I know they can provide it in

hospital as long as I remember to request it early on.

Thanks, Sheila.

Hi,

I must say that this is one of the bemusing aspects of this Resurfacing

business in US........... for surely with all the business of people suing

for everything under the sun, doctors would be warying of not telling

patients of latest (well hardly latest when it has been around for so long

elsewhere) prothesis etc........ These guys are going off to conferences

where this procedure is being discussed so they have no reason to claim

total ignorance......... Obviously, they can only hide behind Govt

regulations you guys have about things being needed to be tested and

trialled specifically in US before acceptance.............

Cannot one of you organise a date with Ms Winfrey...........???
