Guest guest Posted November 17, 2004 Report Share Posted November 17, 2004 Oh, yeah, I remember it! Believe me!! Every day I marvel at how much easier it is just to WALK. Today after I logged my weight, I noticed on the WW site that 25 pounds is equal to three gallons of milk. I was carrying NINE gallons of milk around! Jeez...it's no picnic lugging TWO gallons up the steps of my apartment building, let alone nine. I'm only slightly more than halfway to goal, but I feel so much better than I used to. I have so much more energy, and most of my physical problems have vanished. It is a great joy to donate yet another article of clothing to charity.
