I just read that, according to Prevention magazine, drinking a glass

of water raises you metabolism 30% for the next hour.

I knew that water helped your weight loss, and I drink my 8 glasses a

day, but I get them all in in the day time. Since I eat more in the

evening, I'm going to start drinking more water in the evening now.

30%!!! Wow!
