Well I am cooking a turkey dinner on Christmas and my mom, sister, kids, and

my niece's grandmother will come. It will be a small affair but a great

dinner with all the trimmings. My first turkey dinner ever. Hear that

Marie? So how do I cook this dang thing? I am going to stuff the bird, I

do know that. And I have a good roasting pan with a cover that is my

mothers. I am also having a crowd in on Saturday night. My father, sister

kids, niece, kids, kids, kids, etc. to open presents. It will be fun. I

just did the grocery shopping for both events and I don't know whether I am

coming or going. Actually, it took me two hours to grocery shop, pick up a

bottle of wine, go to the bank, and the video store. It's getting a little

crazy out there. the grocery store was mobbed and they were stacking in

every aisle with big carts of boxes. Man that ticks me off. Why can't

they do that in the middle of the night on holiday weekends like this.

Anyway I am glad that is over. Now to get my house cleaned and presents

wrapped. Oh, I have a lot to do.

Bread making is the most fun, a....it relaxes me. The only stress is

trying to put them in the oven last so they will be nice and hot.

I just turn it on and off when I want to send something. Off right now...I

stay there till it comes through and then turn it off. Wish we could have

them on right now for the next few days!
