Guest guest
Well, I made lifetime earlier this year and promptly stopped tracking what I ate and gained 19.5 pounds back. I didn't stop EVERYTHING, though, as I still am in the habit of eating the five servings of fruit and vegetables and I exercise 4-5 times a week. I WAS going to confess that I'm SOOO ashamed of myself. But, dang it, I realize that feeling bad about myself is NOT going to help me. I just need to be a big girl, admit that I made a mistake, learn from it, and move forward. I'm digging this core program. Does this thing really work? It seems like it would be too easy to pig out on fruits and yogurt. Do some folks have a problem losing weight with this? I like the idea that I can switch back and forth, points on week, core next week, to keep things interesting. I've never had a problem exercising, so that's not going to be one of my problems. I know I don't overeat because I'm hungry, but because I'm bored. What can I say? Forgive me and let me come back into the fold?
