Guest guest Posted March 24, 2004 Report Share Posted March 24, 2004 Dear friends, As I am now about 5 weeks away from Dr. De Smet's magic hands, I am wanting to do everything in my power to be ready for the surgery. Besides avoiding asprin, ibuprofen, and other blood thinning drugs I was curious if I should be avoiding or taking anything, ie calcium supplements, etc. I am in fair shape and am doing back and ab work especially.
