How concerned do we have to be when engaging in sex, such as with

overexertion, leading to heart attack, also is sex a trigger for afib?

I am 61 year old healthy male with paroxysmal(Lone) afib, take tenormin

100 mg, heart rate fluctuates between 67-96 bpm.
