Guest guest
Hi Diane, nice to hear from you again, it has been awhile. Its tough having the gain, but you can work it off again....something I have come to really understand, is that it is a forever thing, if I want to keep it off..and if I backslide, well, its back on again... As for the Core Program, I am still doing the Winning Points. I may try it at some time, when I feel more able to handle it..I see some people really like it and are doing very well too.. So I am not much help on this end of it.. BUT it is so nice to have you back.. Here's to you having a wonderful week!!!! ~~Kallie~ -------------------------------------------------------------------- In Serious-Weight-Watchers , " Diane Loupe " <dloupe@m...> wrote: > Well, I made lifetime earlier this year and promptly stopped tracking what I > ate and gained 19.5 pounds back. > I didn't stop EVERYTHING, though, as I still am in the habit of eating the > five servings of fruit and vegetables and I exercise 4-5 times a week. > > I WAS going to confess that I'm SOOO ashamed of myself. Guest guest
All is forgiven, and welcome back! Message: 15 Date: Mon, 20 Sep 2004 17:05:13 -0400 > Subject: Back to WW after backsliding Well, I made lifetime earlier this year and promptly stopped tracking what I ate and gained 19.5 pounds back. I didn't stop EVERYTHING, though, as I still am in the habit of eating the five servings of fruit and vegetables and I exercise 4-5 times a week. I WAS going to confess that I'm SOOO ashamed of myself. But, dang it, I realize that feeling bad about myself is NOT going to help me. I just need to be a big girl, admit that I made a mistake, learn from it, and move forward. I'm digging this core program. Does this thing really work? It seems like it would be too easy to pig out on fruits and yogurt. Do some folks have a problem losing weight with this? I like the idea that I can switch back and forth, points on week, core next week, to keep things interesting. I've never had a problem exercising, so that's not going to be one of my problems. I know I don't overeat because I'm hungry, but because I'm bored. What can I say? Forgive me and let me come back into the fold?
