Hello Everyone,

I just got the call from my surgeon's office to confirm I will be

receiving a new Durom Hip tomorrow morning at Vancouver General

Hospital in British Columbia.

Such a strange feeling to know that my prayers are finally being

answered. I keep pinching myself OUCH!! It's been 6 years of

gradual increasing pain, & 16 months using a cane/crutches.

Tomorrow will be my right hip, followed in September with a new left

hip.

Thank you to all my friends I have made through this website. Your

support & encouragement has kept me strong & will carry me through

the next few weeks.
