Guest guest
My daughter went to see Dr. Leonard Wisneski in Bethesda, MD. He is one of the recommended docs for thyroid disorder. She had seen a naturopathic doc before him but he had her on so many supplements, it was costing about $800/month. She decided to see Dr. Wisneski who was appalled at the amount of supplements. He seemed to be good except for the fact that he said her saliva tests showed her adrenal were find and the naturopathic doc told her that her adrenals were not functioning at all. She did the saliva test. Dr. Wisneski looked at the results and said her adrenals were fine. Now I'm not sure who to believe. Her body has been under a lot of stress. She's only 26 and has had back surgery, 2 knee surgeries, colitis, gained a lot of weight in the past 2 years, polycystic ovary syndrome, very irregular and painful periods, estrogen dominance, etc. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Guest guest
I would say $800.oo a month on vitamins & herbs is a Rediculous amount of money too !!! I DO believe we all need to take "some" vitamins & herbs & we should be eating as much organic & natural food as possible. If we stay away form the fast foods & prepagaed foods ALL of our health would be greatly improved !! With all the surguries she has had I would highly suggest another group for you to check out. I don't think I am allowed to say the names of other groups on here so if you are interested please feel free to email me privately.
