Anyway last week was slightly easier than the week before, I'm still stressing though we've had some good news that may help. I was only 12 points over as opposed to the 29 the week before AND I earned 13 AP's last week! I ate better also, but still a lot of salty fatty foods found their way in. Made my daily water, daily milks and did okay on the fruits and veggies. Anyway I was up a pound. 156. ARGH! However it's only to be expected.
