June,

Yes, was trying to warn you. Dogs are amazing creatures.

They sense danger and convey their fears to us, sometimes in strange

ways. I feel very safe with my Jawsie Girl at my bedside.

I hope that fire is put out soon. It is so scary.

When my knee was acting up, I waited almost 2 weeks before I went to the

ortho because I was afraid he would say that surgery word.

Please go see your doctor. It worries me that you are taking so many

Tylenols. I can't diagnose you LOL! I can only tell you that your pain

sounds exactly like mine when my sciatic nerve goes nuts.

Yes, that jury system is a terrible waste of the judge's time. I hope

enough people complain that they have to go back to the old system.

Now June, you KNOW that cane is not heavy. It MUST be in your mind.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Hope you are going to the doc soon, June, and I hope that it is sciatica or

that something can be done to relieve that pain aside from more surgery.

Sorry about the hassle with Don and jury duty. That is quite a nuisance and

a waste of time and money for everyone.

Your cane story is upsetting. People really have a hard time understanding

all of this. Sorry that it was such a maddening experience. This is the

right place to vent about it though.

Hope the fire is over by now and that is OK.

Take care,

June,

Great to hear from you. Glad that your meds seem to be working and helping you

to feel

better. Happy to hear that your arm is healing nicely.

Thanks for sharing that good piece of advice on pain management.

I'm really glad you got involved in the Patient Partners program. It is a

wonderful idea.

Do you have any snow yet in Toronto?

Hugs back to you,
