Guest guest
Just to add. I can't get pregnant due to the size of my submucosal so it is a good thing to explore. It was why I made the decision to get a myo. I had an MRI - I was part of fibroid study though. > I'm at that point where I'm thinking, yes I'm 25 and have fibroids > and cysts but by any chance would it be jumping the gun to see a > reproductive endocrinologist to see if its even possible for me to > have children? Should I not be on any medication before I do see one?
Guest guest
Don't stress over your unseen ovary and ovarian cysts. I had 4 ultrasounds and an MRI before both of my ovaries were finally seen, and each u/s and the MRI showed ovarian cysts until the last u/s which said the cysts had resolved. It seems to be common for ovaries to play hide and seek. Your doc probably assumes it's hidden behind a fibroid. Not to worry.... And most of the time cysts do resolve on their own. Unless the cyst gets really big, I wouldn't even worry about it. This is based on my own personal experience, and I hope it helps you de-stress a bit.... Gerri I finally received a copy of my ultrasound that was done in November from the radiologist today and I'm concerned because besides the 3 submucousal fibroids I have the report also stated that I had two ovarian cysts in my right ovary AND they could not " locate " my left ovary.
