Thanks, guys!! Now I know! As far as what it was going to be used for...I

mentioned the problems I 'm having with my neck and shoulder area following pt

and surgery and he immediately jumped into talking about botox. He is a fairly

flippant kind of guy. He minimizes most everything so there was not a very good

discussion about it.. just how his partners are booked up giving them and

that I should get them from another doc in town. I have got to get " my " Mike to

try some of the things that Ceda's Mike kindly suggested that I try!
