I own't go into the things I can tell from > smells, but it really is an asset when you are a nurse. I worked with a speech therapist at a nursing home and we were treating an elderly man. Later that day she told me she knew he was going to die soon as he had the " smell of death " about him. I hadn't picked that up, but then I was pretty new to therapy at the time.
