JRI has been doing resurfacings for a few years now, and there has to be at least several hundred of you out there with conserve + units. Over 2 1/2 years with them, and I love them more every day!!! I am in need of bilateral surgery, live in California and don't want to go the Europe although I am willing to travel in the States. I don't think I'll have any insurance issues.
