He is the consultant surgeon at the UCL Hospitals trust( might I suggest you google him try " justin cobb surgeon " there is a lot of impressive info on him.) I saw him privately at the London Clinic on Harley Street 020 7935 4444 but you can reach him at the UCL Middlesex on 020 7636 8333. I notice you have a UK address so you should have a chat with his secretary she is slightly childish but helpful if you handle her right.
