What does Whole Foods use for a sweetner? They're very insistent that

they only use natural products, so I wouldn't think they'd have anything

that ended in 'itol on their shelves.

Stacey, I bought those exact ones accidentally for valentines day for my hubby- thinking i would have most of them myself! : P Chocolate is usually safe, it's what they add to it that you have to watch for. Just read labels, honestly that is all I can suggest. I am a chocoholic (hi, my name is Sonja and I am addicted to chocolate). I love a small handfull of m & ms after dinner. (peanut variety usually). And I wonder why I can't lose weight..... Sonja __________________________________________________
