Guest guest Posted November 15, 2001 Report Share Posted November 15, 2001 No-Fuss Salad Dressing Makes 1/1/2 cupsa 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 2 Tbs. buttermilk 2 Tbs. mayonnaise 1 Tbs. prepared white horseradish 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dried dillweed 1/4 tsp. celery seed 1/4 tsp. black pepper In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, buttermilk, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add horseradish, mustard, parsley, dill, celery seed, and pepper. Mix well. Place the dressing in a serving bowl and serve immediately. Or, to prepare dressing in advance, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Alternatively, combine all dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well to blend before serving.
