I've read some regarding " get real " weights for people who have been very overweight. I am one of those people and wonder just how low I can reasonably expect to get without killing myself with effort and frustration. Please let me know what your ideas are on this. I haven't had my doctor set my goal yet. We have left it up in the air for now. We all know where the stupid insurance mortality charts say we should be...but give me a break. How realistic are those? Getting under 200 pounds would be such a head rush! Let's go girl! I'll race ya there to be under 200! Naw. Just kidding. Bye!
