I have just talked to Dr. Gross's office. and I am going to send

my x-rays to them. Have I made a good choice ? What about the

costs if my insurance doesn't cover this procedure. He does the

resurfacing doesn't he. This is a big step.

yes he does it and does it very well...no insurance...will have to pay from

your own pocket, or move to SC; our BCBS covers it.

What kind of insurance do you have. I am from Michigan and I

just know that my Insurance will not cover me.

I used Dr. Gross and am from GA. What I was told to do was to just

let Dr. Gross' office handle everything. I did and had no problems

whatsoever. Did you approach your insurance company upfront and tell

them you wanted a resurf? A lot of times people have problems when

they do that. If you just let the doctor handle it, things go more

smoothly. They know how to code things a little differently

sometimes, I think.
