Pat, you're not going out into that world of temptation all on your own. We're all going with you. We'll be that little angel on your shoulder, watching over you and reminding you to watch what you put in your mouth. You never know who it will be~~~ sometimes , sometimes Randi or or Winnie, or Betty2 or Janet, or Jackie or.....well, you get the idea. Every time you get ready to order a meal, or sit down to eat, just look over at your shoulder, and know that one of us is there.

I got them and they sound wonderful.

Except I am really too tired to cook tonight.

We just got home from the party. I had a hamburger, a hot dos, some wimpie sauce, one slice of cheese and a spoon of pasta salad. Drank water and had about 6 tortilla chips with about a tablespoon of homemade guacamole.

Now I have to figure up the points. I had 22 points to spend going in and I am probably over.

I didn't feel like I ate too much, not stuffed. But all this was not good for you food.

At least I passed on dessert. I will get on the bike and get myself an extra 2 points.

Tomorrow night is our Eastern Star dinner and then a week of traveling, eating out, Thanksgiving Dinner, more eating out....

If I am not careful I will gain 10 instead of losing 4.

Plus I willnot be able to come here for support. I am on my own, out in the world of temptations. Especially going home like this where everyone wants to feed you. My aunt Rita will make me a coconut cake, my friend Fanny wants to go to Olive Garden, We are goingto Philadelphia and you can't leave there without a cheesesteak. Plus my area of Pennsylvania is known for its famous "Old Forge Pizza" and sausage and pepper hoagies. My sister will have Pierogi. Oh boo hoo hoo.

Melody If I come back with a loss I think I deserve many extry points.
