Guest guest
I'm in with you, Joya! I do have another 100 pounds to go, more or less. I am not really sure how much I want to weigh as my goal weight anymore. I am only 5'1 " , so they say I should be around 135, but I think that may be too low. It's a case of " I'll know it when I get there " . I am committing to going to the gym for weight training 2x per week, and walking 2 miles 3x per week. In addition, I play golf once a week, tennis once a week, and the frisbee stuff with Coco once a week, so hopefully, I will see some big numbers changing soon! Guest guest
Hey that is totally cool.....so when you play golf, does Ms. Coco get to chase the ball? Mu dad is a golf pro and I learned it when I was eight...but did not, and do not appreciate it.... I am sure when he is dead and gone, I will regret it! He is 83 years old and has a 3 handicap. Guest guest
No offense taken Well, they go crazy with firecrackers here...they are trying to ban them as so many children get injured, but even though they can't be bought in my city, people go out and find them so there is a lot of noise at midnight. Then the parties begin....the custom is to stay with your mother till midnight, wish her a Happy New Year and then take off to party. Course, now I am the old mom and mostly DH and I stay home and watch the Honeymooners marathon LOL. This year we are babysitting my Alzhiemer MIL so we definitely will be at home....plus I don't want to leave my blind doggie as he may get scared now that he can't see and his hearing is what he depends on.
