Guest guest Posted September 1, 2004 Report Share Posted September 1, 2004 Hi Jaylee, I just finished my first week on the new program and was thrilled to down 4.5lbs! I did not miss the bread though most of my 35 flex were used for carbs. I changed my usual breakfast routine from bagles or cereal to spoon sized shredded wheat, eggs, or a smoothie. Otherwise our meals did not change a great deal, just whole wheat instead of white pasta and rice. I loved that I did not have to journal!!! Congratulations on the success you have already had.
