Guest guest
Brown rice, or better yet, WILD rice. Lots of fiber, PLUS very good for you and a delicious nutty flavor. How do you plan to BBQ the salmon? I love to put it on a cedar plank (that I have soaked in water for about 30 minutes) with sprigs of rosemary, savory and dill weed, from my garden, just lying on top . It gives it a terrific flavor, looks really cool when you serve the fish on the burnt board (protect whatever you put it on) plus the clean up is easy...just throw out the cedar plank! MMMM, what time is dinner?? What goes with salmon? Mom is bringing down some salmon to bbq...what goes with salmon? That is, point-friendly? Thanks!
