This is an area that I am having trouble in. I have several WW cook

books, but none of them have breakfast recipies or suggestions in

them. I noticed that I can have a lots of oatmeal, but I am still

working on what to add to it. I hope that severalothers will answer

today's question so I can get some ideas.

Oh. Oatmeal is one of my favorites. Put cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg and

a dash of potassium salt. Also, I will add an apple, chopped, before

cooking. A little splenda and Molly McButter flakes give it that complete

feel.

Also, when you get tired of apples, water pack peaches are good, and so are

fresh banana's, strawberries, raspberries, come to think of it, just about

any fruit would do.

Hope this helps.

No, my mainly changes based on the day of the week (work day versus

weekend) and how behind I'm running on getting to work. Some favs

include:

Luna bars

toast with jam and whipped peanut butter

waffles with fruit and sugar free syrup

yogurt with fruit and 1/2 cup fiber one, 1/2 cup Go Lean Crunch

cup of grapes and english muffin with laughing cow cheese wedge
