Guest guest
Thanks for the reply. My son had $2000.00 worth of blood tests. Surely these would show it, but I'm not finding sulfur on it. Is it called something else maybe? Diane Anyway, when Andy talks about high or low sulfur he means the sulfur that is measured by a plasma cysteine test. (Note that cystEine has an E in the middle. It is NOT the same as cystine or even cyst(e)ine.) Plasma cysteine is a blood test. You might have a test with this on it, or you may not. Is it called something else maybe? yes-- look for " plasma cysteine " . That is what the test result would say. Be sure cysteine is spelled as I just spelled it. good wishes, Moria > > Diane > Anyway, when Andy talks about high > or low sulfur he means the sulfur that is measured by > a plasma cysteine test. Guest guest
Moria, I just read some more on sulphur and glutithione. It's all very confusing. Is it better to just not worry about taking glutithione and just chelate so body can work the way it's suppose to? I looked on the blood tests and didn't find where they tested for sulphure and plasma cysteine. Thanks Diane yes-- look for " plasma cysteine " . That is what the test result would say. Is it better to just not worry about taking glutithione and just chelate so body can work the way it's suppose to? um, yes, sort of. Yes in that if you chelate that is likely to correct the high/low sulfur problems and help with low glutathione. Eventually. and, no, sort of--- in that sulfur high or low can be a big problem in the meantime. Sorry if this is clear as mud. From a practical standpoint, I would say that if you are confused by the whole issue, ignoring it is reasonable. And you do NOT need to figure this out in order to chelate. good wishes, Moria I looked on the blood tests and didn't find where they tested for sulphure and plasma cysteine.
