Hi Lana,

I don't have headaches very often so I don't know if I can be of much help.

Do you have nausea with the headaches? Does the light bother you terribly

when ya have a headache? Have you ever seen a neurologist about them?

Sincerely, S.

Hi Lana --

I am so sorry you are having such a hard time with headaches. They are the

worst!!!! I have taken Robaxin before and it has given me headaches and the

headaches are usually in the morning. Perhaps the Robaxin is contributing???

Hope this helps.

All the best, Patti

Hi ,

I rarely have nausea or have the light bother me, but on occasion

light will bother me. I saw a neurologist years ago, as I had

Trigeminol Neuralgia, and took medication for it for several years,

until it didn't work and they performed a cranial decompression brain

surgery. Since then, the HA seem to usually be on that side of my

head. I don't think they're migraine, but if they are, they probably

aren't typical of a migraine.

Excedrin and it helped

Lana~~

Remember that Excedrin like most headache medication will give you bounce

back headaches. You need something that will control the headache and be able

to

go a few days at least without another one. If you are waking with them and

or you have one a day you have to have a workup. Remember I told you about

the Maxalt. If you try that and it works it is a migraine or even tension but

if it does not it is something else.

Do you drink lots of caffeine?

Not everyone has the sensitivity to light all the time and/or nausea.

Again ... you need to be seen Lana!

with the previous brain surgery, I would think

it best for you to re-consult your neurologist, sice you said you haven't

seen him in awhile.

I AGREE!

Prior surgery ... constant headaches... THIS IS NOTHING TO FOOL WITH!

Hi Lana,

I have had migraine and " other " kinds of HA's for years. Up until this last

hospitalization I used to take Midrin, which was a mild vasoconstrictor, a

muscle relaxer, and Tylenol. Since they couldn't give me anything with a

vasoconstrictor in it, they prescribed Fiorcet. it has Tylenol, a sedative or

muscle

relaxer, and caffeine. I too had a HA in the middle of the night....was

really bad then when I got up, and two of the Fiorcets helped tremendously.

These

are used for migraines as well as tension HAs. nothing else seems to work

when I get these. I have Many pain meds, but none work when I get these really

bad HAs except for these. Luckily, I haven't had nausea along with it as that

always complicates everything. hope this helps!

Hugs,

Sue
