more advice on night repositioning

Thanks to all of you who responded with suggestions on night

repositioning. Now I have another question!

For those of you who saw success with repositioning, did you do

alternating positioning or simply one-sided? So far we've been trying

to keep him on his left side since the back right has some flattening,

but now I'm starting to notice that the left side of his head from

temple/cheekbone to back is becoming flatter (not the back of his

head). Although the asymmetry at the back of his head is still there,

I'm wondering if it's time to alternate his position from night to

night? I've heard of other repo success stories in which alternating

positioning was done.
