hi Jamy

i just read a little blurb about 5HTP in mary Shomon's, The thyroid

diet " book. she cites a few studies about it and says " worth

trying but check for possible drug interactions " . the next supp she

mentions is 7-KETO and sammie? -sorry- mentions that one in the next

post here. somewhere soon there will be a collision and these

mystery puzzle pieces are going to slide right together. i think i

must be feeling better.
