Guest guest
**How many times a week, and for how long do you exercise?** I work out at least 5x's a week at Curves for 30 minutes and then I run 3x's a week for 3.1-3.5 miles (this usually takes me around 35-40 minutes, since I'm hill-training.) If I do a 5K, that's another 3.1 miles on Saturday. This weekend I went wake boarding for the first time and that definitely wiped me out. =) I'd say I spent around 40 minutes doing that, even though most of it was me totally eating it after 40 seconds or so. =) Btw, I lost 1.4lbs this week! Guest guest
I work out every morning except Wednesdays and do 3 30-45 minutes cardio sessions per week and 3 40-45 minute strength/toning sessions per week. I really like Austin's series as she really works you out. I particularly enjoy the Shrink Your Female Fat Zones because it targets all of those areas (under arm, back fat, baby pouch, jiggle in the thighs and so many more) that I know I have issues with. I usually do some combination of things....treadmill, elliptical, videos/dvds, and weights. It just depends on my mood. I normally do 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, again depending on what I choose to do. What about you? Maureen
Guest guest
I work out about 4-5 days a week. Usually about 2 1/2 hours only beacause most of the classes start around 7:30 PM and I get to the gym around 6:30. I know if I go home I will not go back! If I'm going to take a strength training class i'll do my cardio before hand and visa versa.(sp??) What gyms do you guys go to ? I go to NYSC. Guest guest
90 minutes to 2 hours (or more) a day. 7 days a week. Sometimes I take an easier day and just do an hour. Aerobics tapes holding weights, Gazelle Freestyle, Pedlar (pedals by my computer), bicycle, trikke (sort of a combo of a scooter and inline skating) ala trikke.com, swimming, healthrider. That sort of covers it! Have been working out daily for 10 years.
