Oops never mind folks I thought I had thrown out the wrapper with the

instructions which is why I posted but I found it under my dishtowel.

So the bird is now cooking away. Can't wait to have some turkey to

munch.

Yuck to the vitamin e on chicken. and where do you get the thighs deboned?

Sounds good Lyssa. I just had some skinned and deboned chicken thighs with

Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, flavoured some vitamin E.
