Guest guest
My tort and plagio baby has two lines going across. Hi everyone, When was seen at Dr Vicari's office for his plagio, the PT who helped with the headshape eval noticed that had an unusual crease line on his right palm, which is also the same side as his plagio and his tort. When I look this up online I find it is called a Simian Crease. If you have a minute..can you check your kids hands and let me know if anyone elses have this " single horizontal line " across the palm. Its basically one horizontal line and then the vertical one close to the thumb. Its like the top two normally curved lines fused to become one horizontal one. I just wonder if this is at all common in kids with plagio or tort. I am a bit worried because it can be associated with several " syndroms " including Downs. But is so interactive and shows no other signs of Downs, so I am trying not to freak. We are scheduled to see a Neurologist in March at the recommendation of the physical therapist at Vicari's office. If its not one thing its another, huh?! Thanks guys, 8 months, right plagio/tort, Starband to start March
