After a while you just sort of know what you buy, and you know what companies you can trust. It really does get easier, and a lot faster than you think! I did a lot of calling in the early days, and a lot of carrying this list with me (It folds up nice and neat in my wallet) but now I just know.

In reality no company van absolutely guarantee 100

percent GF, especially ones that also make products

with gluten. For one thing, the vast majority of

companies don't have complete control over every

ingredient in a product.

If a company tells me they'll clearly list gluten, or

they say the product is not supposed to have gluten

but they can't guarantee it, I'll buy it unless I've

heard of others who have had CC problems (such as with

Lay's).
