Guest guest
After a while you just sort of know what you buy, and you know what companies you can trust. It really does get easier, and a lot faster than you think! I did a lot of calling in the early days, and a lot of carrying this list with me (It folds up nice and neat in my wallet) but now I just know. Guest guest
Thanks Bridget - that makes sense to me. Kayce > > These are companies that will clearly list gluten. Guest guest
In reality no company van absolutely guarantee 100 percent GF, especially ones that also make products with gluten. For one thing, the vast majority of companies don't have complete control over every ingredient in a product. If a company tells me they'll clearly list gluten, or they say the product is not supposed to have gluten but they can't guarantee it, I'll buy it unless I've heard of others who have had CC problems (such as with Lay's). richard > This raises a question for me - I see for instance > that ConAgra is > listed.
