Splenda is one of the newer non-calorie sweeteners on the market. It is made from real sugar, and tastes much better than saccharin or aspartame in my opinion. Guest guest
Last night for dinner I had only 2 pieces of chicken. I don't even feel that hungry anymore sometimes, but I also allow myself a small taste of goodies if I feel like it. That way I won't splurge or something like that. I can't believe that yesterday I actually bought a bag of BBQ potato chips. I plan to have only alittle every so often but hey... Anyone have any comments on this? Guest guest
Dianne, If you can handle just a small portion-go for it. As you said, this way you won't splurge on a big portion because you're feeling deprived. I think that's very smart because it's not like you're never going to have potato chips or ice cream for the rest of your life, so you are already learning how to incorporate them into your healthy eating by giving yourself small treats. I still have my SF hard carmel after every dinner, since it wards off wanting dessert. It's a small treat with a big payoff. : D Autumn On Wed, 17 Sep 2003 21:27:05 -0000 " Dianne " writes: Last night for dinner I had only 2 pieces of chicken. Guest guest
you know what I like is the Hagen Daz fruit sorbets. You can buy them at the convenience stores individually. They come in strawberry vanilla and orange vanilla I can't buy whole boxes of those things. They are too tempting.
