Compare ingredients with say Dannon non fat plain yogurt and whatever yogurt your husband buys. I think you will be surprised. The non fat plain yogurt is just yogurt cultures (I am almost positive) and no preservatives. Which is what the Core plan is all about. Getting away from the processed foods.
