Okay, gonna fess up here. Tricia has heard me act a bit insane (shhhh, Tricia, don't tell them how much. JoAnn's heard me too). Still I'm thinking it might be kinda fun for me (and I have been pretty bored lately) if I arranged for the docs and the eval team to meet us where we're going for lunch and have them cart you away. Hugs - Barbara (who still has no freakin idea what this rainbow thing is about)

Her, Tricia...If you're reading this...I called the clinic like I was supposed to? Well, I get a call back with the nurse asking how I was doing on the levorphanol. I kindly, using my most patient tone of voice, explained that the was the reason I was calling....to see if I was supposed to switch over to it! Good grief. I swear I'm going to start a communication skills group and send all of them an invitation to join. Of course, I'll also let them know what my going rate is for running a group. See you all on Sunday. JoAnn, I'll send off a full write-up of our meeting to you on Monday. Hugs and smooches. BarbGinny Barrientos wrote:

Barbara,

It's no fun to just sit there on the right side of sanity...you have to at least get up and stretch once in awhile...or even walk around...or maybe even dance a bit...lol. I see enough drs in white coats here...you don't need to introduce me any more people in white coats...lol and unfortunately have met some drs who should be taken away by other guys in white coats...lol. Can't wait til sunday..wanna see your "rainbow" Hugs...GinnyBARBARA TORREY wrote:

I'm looking forward to Sunday too. I should warn you tho....if youall start talking muts i'll use my connections to have you sent away with the guys in white coats. Neurontin is actually sometimes prescribed to help with restless legs syndrome.... You know, that jumpy feeling that we all get in our legs sometimes as we're trying to go to sleep? SInce I'm seeing you on Sunday, I hope that you're be able to tell me then that the new med is helping. about. I had minimal tremors last night, maybe 2-3 small abdominal tremors and a little bit of leg and arm twitches, hopefully this will improve.Unfortunately here in this area waiting 6 weeks or so for an appointment with a neurologist isnt uncommon. I chose this neurologist though because I worked for him for about 2 yrs and trust him over others in the area. I dont feel that right now its imperitive that I see him immediately but Im sure if it becomes a bigger problem my primary and him can work out an earlier date.I have an appt at the end of the month with the pain clinic and I will mention the question my dr has about the neurontin issues then.Cant wait to see you Sunday Barbara!HugsDonna

Im feeling ok, the spasms are predictable for me as I feel them

before it strikes..the muscles in my abdomen get a heavy feeling and

then it releases. My legs are a different story, they will act up

randomly. The dr put me on flexeril to see if it helps so we will

soon see.

Hugs

Donna

Donna, hope you get better as this must really be difficult to have

to deal with.
