use only 'Closed Chain' exercisers using pulleys and weights. This can be

done with NO weight, or as little as 1/2 pound weights. You can start with what

you can handle and move up very, very slowly. But " Closed Chain " is important

for us.

I apologize that I am just now getting back to asking you about your

wonderful explanation about closed chain exercises. I just wanted to make sure

that I

have it straight, totally.

I am wrong in thinking then that it would be ok then to used weight machine?

What about those rubber hosey things that have a loop for your foot or arm

while the other foot or arm pulls on it?

I am feeling guilty after reading this thinking that I should have gone to

the gym just now with Mike and used the machines there. Whenever I get into a

routine of doing that, I get hurt!!
